    Abstract: A positive temperature coefficient (PTC) rod assembly including an electrode terminal, an insulator, first and second supporting members on both surfaces of the electrode terminals at through holes, PTC elements and heat transfer blocks coupled between adjacent pairs of the first supporting members and between adjacent pairs of the second supporting members, respectively, and in contact with the electrode terminal, and first and second PTC rods. The electrode terminal has a plurality of pairs of through-holes at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction, with the through-holes of each pair spaced apart vertically from each other. The insulator coupling members are longitudinally coupled to upper and lower ends of the electrode terminal. The pairs of supporting members are connected to each other through the through-holes. The first PTC rod defines a channel with a predetermined length to accommodate the electrode terminal, the insulator, the PTC elements and the heat transfer blocks.
