    Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a cooling device including: a tub which is disposed above a cooling target and has an accommodation space that accommodates a coolant supplied from the outside; and spray nozzles which are installed in the accommodation space, each of the spray nozzles having one or more coolant inlet ports into which the coolant flows, the spray nozzles being disposed to be spaced apart from a central portion of the accommodation space toward an edge portion of the accommodation space, and the spray nozzles spraying the coolant, which flows in through the coolant inlet port, toward the cooling target, in which heights of the coolant inlet ports are in proportion to distances at which the spray nozzles are spaced apart from the central portion of the accommodation space.

The present invention is implemented by reading a segment code referring to predetermined data, which is displayed, extracting direction information of the read segment code, and interpreting the data which the read segment code refers to on the basis of the extracted direction information. According to the present invention, the code printed on the printed matter is read without using a bar code to output text, voice, image, moving picture information, and the like corresponding to the read code.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a magnetic sensor element, and a security system using this element. The method involves preparing an amorphous magnetic alloy having an atomic composition ratio of ?Co.sub.x Fe.sub.1-x !.sub.1-n ?B.sub.y Si.sub.1-y !.sub.n where x=0.about.1, y=0.2.about.1, n=0.1.about.0.3, and heat treating the magnetic alloy in the atmosphere for more than one minute at 200.degree. C..about.460.degree. C. to produce the magnetic sensor element where the heat treatment is carried out under substantially zero external magnetic field. The manufacturing method results in a magnetic sensor element which produces a sensor signal having two major pulses and two minor pulses during one period of an externally applied alternating magnetic field, the two major pulses being easily detected by a security system.
