  • Publication number: 20220194339
Abstract: A electric brake system includes a main device that provides a first hydraulic pressure to a plurality of wheel cylinders respectively installed on a plurality of wheels, based on a position of a brake pedal: and art auxiliary device that provides a second hydraulic pressure to first and second wheel cylinders respectively installed on first and second wheels among the plurality of wheels based on the position of the brake pedal in a state in which the main device does not generate the first hydraulic pressure. The auxiliary device receives power from a power network different from that of the main device, and the auxiliary device controls at least one of first and second parking brakes respectively installed on third and fourth wheels among the plurality of wheels. In such an electric brake system, when the main device fails or is out of control, the auxiliary device may auxiliary generate the hydraulic pressure required for braking and may generate braking force using the parking brake.

  • Publication number: 20200201074
Abstract: A contact lens includes a hydrogel that includes a three-dimensional network of cross-linked polymer chains; and at least one ophthalmic drug embedded in the three-dimensional network of cross-linked polymer chains. In the contact lens, the hydrogel includes a first repeating unit derived from hydroxyethyl methacrylate and a second repeating unit derived from N-isopropylacrylamide. The hydrogel including the first and second repeating units is configured to swells when absorbing water such that, when the contact lens is placed in or contacts an aqueous solution having pH in a range between 5.80 and 8.03, the lower the pH of the aqueous solution within the range, the more the hydrogel absorbs water and swell and the more the contact lens releases the at least one ophthalmic drug into the aqueous solution.

  • Patent number: 9175193
Abstract: The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, an optical filter and a plasma display panel. The present invention provides an adhesive sheet having an excellent base adhesion property through a hydroxyl group applied to a base film and an isocyanate-based compound contained in an adhesive layer through a corona processing. Accordingly, the present invention provides an adhesive sheet having an excellent base adhesion property and improved high temperature stability by using a carboxyl group-containing acryl-based copolymer having a high glass transition temperature. Further, the adhesive sheet of the present invention contains a siloxane-based compound if needed, thus preventing an initial peeling force from being increased.
