  • Publication number: 20140258327
Abstract: A method of searching a pattern in sequence data includes setting a plurality of interest pattern models each including an interest pattern length, an allowed mismatch value, and a minimum support; calculating a support of a candidate pattern that is generable within the interest pattern length based on the allowed mismatch value of at least one of the plurality of interest pattern models; and determining whether the support of the candidate pattern fulfills a condition of the minimum support of at least one of the plurality of interest pattern models.

  • Publication number: 20140250150
Abstract: A method of searching a pattern of sequence data, includes setting an interest pattern model comprising a length of an interest pattern, a value of an allowed mismatch, and a minimum support, obtaining supports of similar patterns of a child pattern, each of the similar patterns having a mismatch value with the child pattern that is greater than the value of the allowed mismatch, based on mismatch values of similar patterns of a parent pattern, and determining whether a support of the child pattern fulfills a condition of the minimum support based on the supports of the similar patterns of the child pattern, and a support of the parent pattern.

  • Publication number: 20140225889
Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided to visualize high-dimensional data. The method includes primarily visualizing the high-dimensional data at a dimension lower than the high-dimensional data to obtain a primarily-visualized image. The method also includes secondarily visualizing the high-dimensional data in an area of the primarily-visualized image at a dimension higher than the primarily-visualized image to obtain a secondarily-visualized image.

  • Patent number: 7679867
Abstract: A magnetic flux coupling-type superconducting current limiter is capable of protecting lines more effectively by winding reactors of a primary coil and a secondary coil in series in the structure where the primary coil and the secondary coils are wound in parallel in the conventional magnetic flux-lock type current limiter to increase a linked flux generated from an iron core. An electric conducting current which rapidly increases when a fault occurs is divided into the secondary coil and a superconducting coil to decrease a load on the superconducting element and it is opened more rapidly than the existing superconducting current limiter during a quench time such that it better limits a fault current.

  • Patent number: 7319912
Abstract: A management system for semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a manufacturing facility is provided. The system includes a host computer communicating with a tracking server, the tracking server communicating with a wireless network adapted to communicate with a radio tag associated with a wafer cassette. The tracking server is adapted to receive status information from the radio tag via the wireless network, to derive location or movement information for the wafer cassette from the status information, and to determining an optimal transfer path for the wafer cassette through the manufacturing facility.
