An apparatus for diagnosing a breast cancer, includes: a plurality of antennas for inserting a breast and configured to transmit and receive the electromagnetic wave; an electromagnetic wave transceiver configured to receive phase and amplitude information of the electromagnetic wave; an initial distribution value provider configured to set an initial dielectric constant and conductivity distribution value for dielectric constant and conductivity of a breast of a patient and in the tank; a first image reconstruction unit configured to transform the amplitude information of the electromagnetic wave through log transform and to obtain a first image by calculating a phase and amplitude information value of electric field generated from the electromagnetic wave; and a second image reconstruction unit configured to transform the first image in a value in a complex number form and to transform values to a second image.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for handover of a Mobile Station (MS) in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes, if a ranging request signal is received from the MS attempting access through a handover, determining if the BS and a serving BS of the MS are the same BS based on the ranging request signal, and, if the BS and the serving BS are the same BS, determining the effectiveness of a Cipher-based Message Authentication Code (CMAC) included in the ranging request signal using previous authentication information of the MS. The serving BS denotes a BS from which the MS has been serviced before the handover. The previous authentication information of the MS denotes authentication information that the serving BS has used for authenticating the MS.

Abstract: A user location-based display method and apparatus are provided. The display method includes the steps of determining a location of a user relative to a display apparatus, configuring and displaying a screen based on the location of the user, selectively extracting user information based on the location of the user, and changing the displayed screen based on the extracted user information. As a result, a realistic interaction is possible between the display apparatus and the user, and the user is provided with contents in a very effective manner. The user location-based display apparatus includes a location recognizing unit which determines a location of a user relative to the display apparatus. A control unit causes a screen to be configured and displayed based on the location of the user; causes user information to be selectively extracted based on the location of the user, and is configured to cause a displayed screen to be changed based on the extracted user information.

Abstract: A power module with low thermal resistance buffers the stress put on a substrate during a package molding operation to virtually always prevent a fault in the substrate of the module.
