Abstract: Provided is a multi-exposure controlling method and apparatus. An exposure control unit may set an initial exposure time based on a comparison result between a predetermined brightness confidence interval and an average high brightness that is calculated based on at least one current histogram. A comparison unit may compare the brightness confidence interval and an average low brightness that is calculated based on a subsequent histogram obtained by photographing a subject using the set initial exposure time. The exposure control unit may change the initial exposure time based on a comparison result of the comparison unit.

Abstract: An online advertisement output control system and method are provided, which can increase attention on advertisement information outputted on the screen of the user browser. According to the online advertisement output control system and method of the invention, it is possible to increase attention on advertisements from users by increasing accumulated integrated rewards through cross-marketing, activate the sale of a corresponding product by offering an additional discount benefit to individual users through brand icons, allow users to use online accumulated integrated points in offline as well, increase attention on advertisements by embedding star information, and get more attention on advertisements by allowing users to take part in determination and modification regarding the matching of an article and an embedded advertisement.

Abstract: An interval photographing method with a plurality of photographing conditions includes setting at least one interval photographing condition in an interval photographing mode, obtaining an image at regular time intervals according to the at least one set interval photographing condition, classifying the image obtained at the regular time intervals by an index according to the at least one set interval photographing condition and storing the image, and combining the image stored by the index and converting the image into a motion picture.

Abstract: An image enhancement apparatus and method based on luminance information of a pixel. The image enhancement apparatus may determine luminance data of each of a plurality of pixels, and may adaptively determine a conversion ratio according to the luminance data to apply the conversion ratio to an input image, thereby performing image-enhancing. The image enhancement apparatus may adaptively converse the input image according to luminance data, thereby precisely and effectively performing image-enhancing.

Abstract: Disclosed are an auto exposure system and a method thereof. The auto exposure system may check whether an exposure target value is correct using brightness information of an input image. When the exposure target value is not proper, the auto exposure system may readjust the exposure target value through analyzing the brightness information of the input image. Also, the auto exposure system may correct exposure of the input image based on an exposure correction value according to the adjusted exposure target value, thereby adjusting the exposure of the input image to be proper. Also, exposure information of the input image may be easily obtained from a final exposure target value.

Abstract: A photographing apparatus requiring a short initialization time, and a method thereof are provided. The photographing apparatus includes a camera part for converting an optical image converged through a lens into an electric signal, and processing the electric signal into an image signal, a first memory for temporarily storing the image signal generated at the camera part, a second memory for storing the image signal stored in the first memory, and a signal processing part for temporarily storing the image signal to the first memory during initialization of the second memory, and upon completion of the initialization of the second memory, storing the image signal stored in the first memory to the second memory. As a result, initialization time of the photographing apparatus is shortened.

Abstract: Provided are a lottery system and method based on the sequence number of payment. The system and method discount a payment amount of a prize winner by an amount that is computed by aggregating certain rates of sales of non-winners by means of giving a sequence number of amount payment for each payment amount group at the time of making card payment or cash payment, and also discount the payment amount depending on the sequence numbering result for each winning probability by allowing customers to select the winning probabilities.

The device includes a voice/audio encoder, a first buffer, a JPEG encoder and a JPEG packing unit. The voice/audio encoder encodes input voice/audio data and outputs encoded voice/audio data. The first buffer stores the encoded voice/audio data. The JPEG encoder encodes input image data into JPEG image data and outputs the JPEG image data.
