  • Patent number: 9447560
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a parallel linkage-type working apparatus for construction equipment in which a parallel lever and a parallel link operate to prevent a working tool from bending inward so that, even if the working tool is raised, a tilting phenomenon in which the working tool is inclined inward may be prevented, and an amount of change in posture of the working tool at each height may be reduced. Also, the parallel linkage-type working apparatus is capable of increasing excavation ability or power with a posture on the ground surface by supplying a larger amount of hydraulic fluid at one time when working hydraulic pressure is supplied to each cylinder head, in comparison with a case in which working hydraulic pressure is supplied to a cylinder rod.

  • Publication number: 20160214296
Abstract: Disclosed is a hot runner system including a thermal expansion compensation device. The hot runner system including a thermal expansion compensation device, according to the present invention, compensates for the dislocation of a joint between a manifold and a resin due to thermal expansion of the manifold heated by a heating wire at a high temperature so as to prevent the leakage of the resin resulting from a gap formed therebetween and to appropriately maintain the flowability of the resin. Thus, high reliability can be secured according to the arrangement of the simplified structure between the manifold and nozzles.

  • Patent number: 8870564
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hot runner valve apparatus for an injection-molding machine, which has, instead of a complicated mechanical opening/closing structure, a simple structure that enables an elevating pin, through the interior of which a resin flows, to be elevated, to easily control a supply of the resin injected into a cavity of a mold, so that the molding condition for a small precise part component, or in the event a resin having poor flowability is used, is improved, thereby increasing mass-production capabilities and reducing defects in molded articles.

  • Publication number: 20070256448
Abstract: A heat exchanger for a refrigerator with improved heat transfer efficiency by inducing turbulent flow in a refrigerant flowing along a refrigerant guiding tube. The heat exchanger for the refrigerator comprised of: the refrigerant guiding tube configured to allow the refrigerant to flow there through; a plurality of heat exchange fins disposed around an outer peripheral surface of the refrigerant guiding tube, the plurality of heat exchange fins increasing a heat exchange area of the refrigerant guiding tube; and a turbulent flow inducing member positioned in the refrigerant guiding tube, whereby the turbulent flow inducing member is configured to cause the refrigerant flowing along the refrigerant guiding tube to form a turbulent flow.

  • Patent number: 7214048
Abstract: Disclosed is a valve gate assembly for an injection molding machine. By controlling a valve pin through a linear motor controlled by a pulse signal and through a cooling block, an opening/closing amount of a gate can be precisely managed. Thereby, a mold is increased in quality and efficient management is possible when the valve gate assembly is applied to a multiple cavity matallic mold.
