The wireless device determines that the number DTXs on at least one sidelink carrier is equal to the DTX threshold value. Based on the determining, the wireless device triggers the sidelink carrier selection procedure and transmits a message indicating the at least one sidelink carrier. The wireless device selects, during the triggered sidelink carrier selection procedure and based on a CBR being below the CBR threshold value, a third sidelink carrier from the plurality of sidelink carriers.
