Abstract: A vehicle seat reinforcement device includes a leg portion mounted on a floor panel, a seat cushion frame slidably mounted on the leg portion, and a load reinforcing structure connected between the leg portion and the seat cushion frame, wherein when a seat belt anchorage load is transferred to the seat cushion frame, the seat cushion frame is locked to the leg portion by the load reinforcing structure.

When the mobile terminal enters a character input mode, one of a plurality of key groups having at least one key block is displayed by manipulation a scroll key in an up or down direction, and characters of the key blocks are displayed. Characters of the displayed key blocks and one character is selected using one of two selection keys or the scroll key operated in a push direction. Several characters are displayed in each of the key blocks and a character is selected by manipulating one of the two selection keys or pushing the scroll key a number of times. The selected character is displayed on a display unit.

Abstract: A communication terminal registers authentication data enabling the terminal to operate on a communications network in either a normal mode or a restricted mode. Authentication data from an authentication card installed in the terminal is checked to see if the data is already registered in the terminal. If registered, and if this data is also in a terminal database, then the terminal operates in a normal mode. If the data is not registered, and if the data is also in the terminal database, then authentication data is requested from the network and compared with the data stored on the authentication card. If the same, then the authentication data is registered in the terminal and the terminal operates in the normal mode. If the data is not the same as stored in the database or the network, the authentication data is not registered and the terminal operates in a restricted mode.
