Also, by adjusting and limiting the motion vector of the enhancement layer to the position of an integer pixel when deriving a differential coefficient of the reference layer by using a motion vector of the enhancement layer in the GRP process, it is possible to create a differential coefficient without performing additional interpolation on the image of the reference layer.
