    Abstract: The present invention relates to an HBV vaccine comprising an entire hepatitis B surface antigen of L protein, M protein and S protein, in which the produced antigens form virus-like particles, and a multi-antigen vaccine further comprising an HBV core antigen in addition to the entire surface antigen, and a method for preparing the same. The vaccines provide various epitopes and have excellent immunogenicity to induce a strong humoral immune response as well as a cell-mediated immune response.

    Abstract: A hairdye composition is disclosed, in which hair is normally dyed and at the same time the hairdye is maintained in a transparent state for a certain time period. A method for obtaining a hairdye composition containing phenylmethyl pyrazolone includes the steps of: dissolving fatty alcohol of 2˜25 wt % based on total weight, surfactant of 0.5˜35 wt % based on total weight, and phenylmethyl pyrazolone of 0.1˜30 wt % based on total weight, at 70˜90° C.; mixing the dissolved product with a dye of 0.1˜10 wt % and purified water of 30˜55 wt % based on total weight; cooling the mixture at 50˜60° C.; and mixing an alkalizer of 2˜10 wt % based on total weight with the resultant product.
