    Abstract: A system for managing a vehicle battery that is chargeable/dischargeable and stores energy for driving a vehicle driving motor is disclosed. The system for managing a vehicle battery as disclosed includes a controller that receives a voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells in a vehicle battery, a temperature of the vehicle battery, and an insulation resistance of the vehicle battery, determines a reference value based on a deviation between voltages of the plurality of battery cells and the temperature of the vehicle battery, and determines whether the vehicle battery is abnormal by comparing the determined reference value with the insulation resistance.

The fluorescent dye comprises a covalently labeled antibody and is quenched by interaction with an amino acid residue such as tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, and methionine in the antibody and upon binding of the antibody to an antigen present on a cell surface to emit fluorescence, whereby cells having a target antigen thereon can be imaged for diagnosis. When using the antibody-fluorescent dye conjugate according to the present invention during in vitro cell assays, high-throughput screening of cells, and cytodiagnosis based on microfluidics, the presence of cancer cells having a specific antigen expressed thereon can be detected at high specificity and sensitivity without a washing process, and the position of primary and metastatic cancer cells can be detected at high contrast within a short time.

Through the advantages, the labeled position can be accurately determined from images, thereby enhancing the precision of surgical operation, with a minimal incision formed therefor.
