Abstract: A method of reinforcement learning of a neural network device for generating a verification vector for verifying a circuit design comprising a circuit block includes inputting a test vector to the circuit block, generating one or more rewards based on a coverage corresponding to the test vector, the coverage being determined based on a state transition of the circuit block based on the test vector, and applying the one or more rewards to a reinforcement learning.

Abstract: Strategies, tools and techniques for establishing purchase cards for customers of a financial institution are provided. A primary purchase card can be established for a customer in association with at least one account of the financial institution. Also, at least one secondary purchase card can be established for the customer in addition to the primary purchase card. The secondary purchase card can be linked to the primary purchase card and to at least one of the same accounts associated with the primary purchase card. Customer configuration of various rules for the secondary purchase card can be facilitated, such as rules that govern purchase limits, activation parameters, deactivation parameters, and/or automatic replenishment schedules for the secondary purchase card.

Abstract: A computer-assisted method for alerting a user of a potential negative balance condition in a financial account. The method includes estimating a future account balance of the financial account and determining whether the future account balance will be a negative value. The method also includes generating for display, in a graphical format, an alert to the user that signifies when the future account balance is the negative value.
