  • Patent number: 11915448
Abstract: A method and apparatus with pose determination are provided. The method includes determining first pose information of a computing apparatus dependent on motion sensor information of motion of the computing apparatus, estimating second pose information of the computing apparatus dependent on feature point position information that is pre-defined for an object, and one or more feature points of the object that are extracted from an image captured by the computing apparatus, determining respective reliability values of the first pose information and the second pose information, and determining a pose of the computing apparatus for augmented reality (AR) content based on the first pose information, the second pose information, and the respective reliability values. AR content may be generated based on the determined pose.

  • Patent number: 8398948
Abstract: This invention relates to a method to induce growth of carbon nanotubes using a liquid phased-hydrocarbon based material under a critical range of equilibrating between liquid and gas phases, thereby easily manipulating a required carbon source. This invention also relates to a method to facilitate easy generation of a carbon backbone of the carbon nanotube because the reaction is performed in the presence of a metal nanoparticle or a metal compound capable of spontaneously generating a seed catalyst which stimulates the growth of carbon nanotubes as well as secures safety enough for the industrial application by using a mild reaction condition within the critical range. Accordingly, this invention can produce the carbon nanotube with high transition efficiency under a mild condition with a relatively lower temperature and pressure than those in conventional gas phased-methods without using a costly equipment, thereby cost-effectively producing the carbon nanotube in large quantities.

  • Patent number: 7854826
Abstract: The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube transistor biosensor with aptamers and a method for detecting a target material using the same, more particularly to a carbon nanotube transistor biosensor recognizing the target material, i.e., a specific molecule (such as a protein, a peptide, an amino acid, and an organic/inorganic compound) by using DNA aptamers and a method for screening a target material using the same. In the biosensor of the present invention, the aptamers binding specifically to a particular protein are adsorbed on a carbon nanotube constituting the channel domain of carbon nanotube transistor to easily detect/identify a particular protein via the electric conductivity of carbon nanotube that varies if the particular protein is exposed to corresponding aptamers.
