    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multilayer film including polyalkylene carbonate, and more particularly to a multilayer film including a core layer prepared by blending polyalkylene carbonate and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer in a predetermined ratio, and an outer layer of polyolefin. The multilayer film does not have delamination behavior because two layers are adhered each other with a simple process without an additional step for introducing an oxygen-barrier layer even without adhesive or tie layers, and has an excellent oxygen barrier property. In addition, since an additional process for imparting barrier properties and a separate adhesive or tie layer are not required in the manufacturing method, the cost can be reduced and the layer structure can be simplified, which may greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.

The self-adhesive film according to the present invention can not only exhibit excellent adhesion strength to various adherend materials, but also does not leave residues on the surface of the adherend when it is repeatedly used, and particularly can exhibit more stable adhesive characteristics in various environments because its variation rate of adhesion strength depending on the variation of temperature and humidity conditions is low. Furthermore, the adhesion strength of the self-adhesive film can be controlled in a wider range and thus the film can be usefully used for protecting the surface of the adherend of various materials such as a glass, metal, or plastic material.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing vascular endothelial cells by transforming (transdifferentiating) adult fibroblasts and a composition, which includes vascular endothelial cells prepared according to the method, for preventing and treating ischemic diseases, the method including a step of transducing adult fibroblasts with a gene. In particular, the present invention confirms that five factors, Foxo1, Er71, Klf2, Tal1, and Lmo2, induce transdifferentiation of adult fibroblasts into induced vascular endothelial cells. Furthermore, the present invention confirms that three factors, Er71, Klf2, and Tal1 induce transdifferentiation of human adult fibroblasts into induced vascular endothelial cells. The resultant induced endothelial cells enable lower limb salvaging by angiogenesis in lower limb ischemic animal models, showing that the induced endothelial cells can be effectively used for prevention or treatment of ischemic diseases.
