  • Patent number: 11573587
Abstract: A method and apparatus for analyzing power devices in a circuit are disclosed. In one embodiment, a power analysis apparatus analyzes information on power supplied to the circuit and classifies the power patterns into groups of their own similar power patterns by making reference to the information on the power patterns, so as to acquire at least one piece of motif information which is information on at least one fingerprint. The apparatus further counts the frequency of occurrence of each motif and determines a pair of specific motifs having the difference between the counted frequencies of occurrence, which is within a predetermined value range, and average power variation values symmetrical to each other, whereby an accurate determination can be made as to the individual power devices in the circuit.

  • Patent number: 11403508
Abstract: A method for estimating load by energy meter including a load estimation model based on a neural network includes steps of: (a) the energy meter generating sampled supply electric power information by sampling information on electric power based on a predetermined sampling rate; (b) the energy meter instructing the load estimation model to output load information; and (c) the energy meter (i) transmitting the load information and information on an amount of the electric energy to a data management server and (ii) instructing the data management server to monitor the information on the amount of the electric energy, information on each sub-electric power for each of the loads, and information on each sub-amount of the electric energy for each of the loads.

  • Publication number: 20200012306
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for analyzing power devices in a circuit by using a non-invasive technique, wherein a power analysis apparatus: analyzes information on power supplied to the circuit, so as to acquire information on power patterns which are generated according to ON/OFF operation states of individual power devices, and classifies the power patterns into groups of their own similar power patterns by making reference to the information on the power patterns, so as to acquire at least one piece of motif information which is information on at least one fingerprint; counts the frequency of occurrence of each motif by analyzing information on power supplied to the circuit for a predetermined operation state determination time; and determines, as information on the operation state of a particular power device among the individual power devices, a pair of specific motifs having the difference between the counted frequencies of occurrence, which is within a predetermined value range, and average

  • Patent number: 9984563
Abstract: A method for controlling a subordinate electronic device by learning an IR signal is provided. An electronic control device acquires control signal induction information corresponding to an identifier of the specific IR signal upon acquiring a specific IR signal. Alternatively, the electronic control device may support an electronic control device of another space such that the electronic control device acquires the control signal induction information corresponding to the identifier of the specific IR signal. The electronic control device generates a specific IR signal by using the acquired control signal induction information, if a user of a predetermined space or another space intends to control a specific subordinate electronic device. The database acquires a plurality of IR signals in a first space to an n-th space, sorts IR signals not overlapping among the plurality of IR signals, and manages the control signal induction information corresponding to each IR signal not overlapping.
