The clear coating agent includes 10 to 30% by weight of a polyester-modified acrylic resin, 5 to 25% by weight of an acrylic oligomer, 5 to 45% by weight of an acrylic monomer, 1 to 15% by weight of a photoinitiator, and 10 to 75% by weight of a second solvent.
