Abstract: Provided is a defect analysis device which may include a light source that irradiates an analysis target layer of an element with light, a position adjuster that adjusts a position in the analysis target in the analysis target to be irradiated with the light, a detector that measures a current value of current flowing between a source area of the element electrically connected to one end of the analysis target layer and a drain area of the element electrically connected to the other end of the analysis target layer in the element, and an analyzer that acquires quantitative data related to a defect in the analysis target layer on the basis of the current value in which, in a first mode, a plurality of areas of the analysis target layer are sequentially irradiated with the light.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a polymerization initiator composition, including (a) a step of mixing water and a water-soluble initiator to prepare an aqueous initiator solution having a concentration of 1 to 10%; and (b) a step of activating the aqueous initiator solution, wherein the step of activating is performed by (b-1) a step of heat treating the aqueous initiator solution for 0.5 to 4.5 hours at a temperature of 48 to 62° C.; and (b-2) a step of treating the aqueous initiator solution to achieve pH of 1 to 7, where the steps above are performed in no particular order.

Abstract: A system for diagnosing failures of ADSL comprises an access module for locating and monitoring the subscriber lines providing the ADSL services, a plurality of ADSL test devices each having various extension test boards corresponding to the test kinds detected for the failures of the subscriber lines accessed by the access module, and a control device for controlling the ADSL test devices. Preferably, extension boards may be additionally provided to adapt for increase of the number of the subscribers.
