The controller determines a low DTE value and a high DTE value based on the low fuel efficiency-related information, the high fuel efficiency-related information, and a current available battery energy. The controller also performs a cold data map application step to continuously change the closing amount while limiting a change rate of the closing amount of the turbocharger immediately after the cold control step to a predetermined reference change rate or lower, thereby preventing rapid changes in an engine RPM.
