    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bowel cleansing preparation comprising, as a first cleansing ingredient, a certain sugar alcohol such as xylitol and sorbitol; as a second cleansing ingredient, ascorbic acid or a mixture of ascorbic acid and a salt of ascorbic acid; and aqueous solvent, wherein the concentration of said first cleansing ingredient is 10 g/L to 500 g/L based on the total preparation, the concentration of said second cleansing ingredient is 15 g/L to 500 g/L based on the total preparation, and the volume of said aqueous solvent is 0.1 L to 1.0 L. The bowel cleansing preparation has excellent cleansing efficacy, improved ease of administration and safety and can thus be used for bowel preparation prior to colonoscopy, therapeutic endoscopy, abdominal surgery and anal surgery for hemorrhoid as well as for the treatment and alleviation of diseases such as chronic and acute constipation.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a test apparatus of a fluidic sample, which tests the fluidic sample, and a control method thereof. The test apparatus of the fluidic sample includes a housing, an installing member in which a cartridge receiving a fluid is inserted, a pressing member which is disposed in the housing to press the cartridge and perform an inspection of the fluid, a driving unit of which at least a part is coupled to the pressing member so as to movably drive the pressing member, and a sensing unit of which at least a part is opposite to the driving unit so as to sense a position of the driving unit. According to the present invention, since the sensing unit can recognize the position of the driving unit, the pressing member can apply uniform pressure to the cartridge.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing metal nanoparticles having a core-shell structure with good oxidation stability, wherein the method comprises the steps of: heating and agitating a core metal precursor solution; mixing a shell metal precursor solution with the heated and agitated core metal precursor solution, and heating and agitating the mixed metal precursor solution; and irradiating the heated and agitated metal precursor solution with radioactive rays. Thus, since yield can be maximized through a simple and environmentally friendly process that does not use a chemical reducing agent, there is no need for a process for removing an added reducing agent, and since a post-heat-treatment of particles is not performed, the manufacturing process is rendered simple and highly economical.
