According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the NFC or RFID based bio sensor measurement device is configured to include: a bio sensor unit 100 embedded with a reaction reagent; and an NFC or RFID unit 200 which is electrically connected to the bio sensor unit 100 and wirelessly receives power from the external electronic devices and measures a measurement target value using the bio sensor unit 100 and wirelessly transmits the measured value to the external electronic devices.
