  • Publication number: 20240135595
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for encoding a displacement video using image tiling. A method for encoding multi-dimensional data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: converting the multi-dimensional data into one or more frames with two-dimensional characteristics; generating one or more frame groups by grouping the one or more frames with pre-configured number units; reconstructing frames belonging to each frame group into a tiled frame; and generating a bitstream by encoding the tiled frame. Here, the tiled frame may be constructed with one or more blocks, and each block may be constructed by rearranging pixels existing at the same location in the frames.

  • Publication number: 20160071037
Abstract: A system and method that maintains a marketplace of procurement opportunities offered by government agencies. The system retrieves, from one or more servers, data associated with a procurement opportunity, based on which the system generated a procurement opportunity profile. The procurement opportunity profile is associated with the government agency profile corresponding to the government agency offering the retrieved procurement opportunity. The government agency profile includes information on open and awarded procurement opportunities offered by the government agency, such as the number of offered procurement opportunities, the total value of offered procurement opportunities, the number of fulfilling organizations that have expressed interest in or been awarded procurement opportunities, and the recency of the awarded procurement opportunities.

  • Patent number: 9263080
Abstract: Provided is an optical pickup device and a method of aligning a twin-light source in an optical disc drive. The method operates two light emitting chips in the light source simultaneously to cause two laser beams to be transmitted through a grating element at the same time. Location errors and rotation errors of the two light emitting chips with respect to the grating element may be corrected while monitoring the laser beams transmitted through the grating element.

  • Publication number: 20150134471
Abstract: A system and method are provided for analyzing government procurement activities based on scores calculated for a customer, fulfilling organization and complexity of each procurement opportunity (e.g., contract) involved. The customer score is based on the number of opportunities and awards provided to the marketplace. The fulfilling organization score is based on the number of opportunity awards won and the frequency and recency of awarded opportunities. Compensation for the award also can be factored into customer and fulfilling organization scores. The complexity score is generated for each opportunity and is based on various attributes of the opportunity, e.g., associated industries, description, life cycle, etc. A user interface is provided for customers and fulfilling organizations to view analytics for procurement activities in each industry and contact information for each customer and fulfilling organization within the system.

  • Patent number: 8750087
Abstract: An optical pickup device corresponding to a plurality of media is provided. The optical pickup device includes a light emitting system and a light receiving system including a plurality of light sources and a light transmission system shared by the light emitting system and the light receiving system, configured to irradiate light on a medium, and receive light reflected from the medium. The light transmission system irradiates light from the light emitting system to be appropriately focused on the medium, receives light reflected from the medium, and transports light to the light receiving system. The light transmission system includes one beam splitter corresponding to the light emitting system and the light receiving system and a position-changing collimating lens shared to correspond to a plurality of media. The position-changing collimating lens is disposed between the beam splitter and the medium, the position being controlled according to optical characteristics of the media.
