The apparatus is configured to measure a packet buffer time in which at least one UL data packet is in the transmission buffer, where the at least one UL data packet is associated with a SR, a BSR, or PUSCH data. In addition, the apparatus is configured to transmit, for a network node, at least one of the SR, the BSR, or the PUSCH data during a portion of a MG in a MG interval or outside of the MG based on the packet buffer time being less than or greater than or equal to the delay threshold.

A network entity may account for jitter in communications with a user equipment (UE) by adjusting connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRX) configuration parameters for the UE based on estimated downlink traffic arrival times. For a downlink traffic burst, the network entity may estimate a traffic arrival offset based on determining a traffic periodicity, an estimated arrival time associated with one or more packets of a traffic burst, and at least one jitter parameter. The jitter parameter may represent an uncertainty in the arrival time of the traffic burst. The network entity may select a CDRX offset value based on the estimated traffic arrival offset. The network entity may transmit (e.g., to a UE, such as an extended reality (XR) device) a message indicating the CDRX offset value, for example, as part of a CDRX configuration.

The image stitching method according to the present invention includes: based on two images and additional information as needed, calculating an overlapping area in which two images overlap each other; masking an area in which the two images do not overlap each other based on information about the calculated overlapping area to provide masked images; extracting significant features to be used for image stitching from the masked images; calculating a homography to be used for image transformation based on the extracted features; and transforming and stitching the images based on the calculated homography.
