  • Patent number: 11656287
Abstract: A battery defect screening device including a battery fixer for fixing a battery, a discharger, a charger, a voltmeter for measuring an initial voltage value, a first voltage value, and a second voltage value, and a defect screener for determining the battery to be normal when a first voltage change value, which is obtained by subtracting the first voltage value from the initial voltage value, is less than a first reference value, to have a hard short due to the foreign material when the first voltage change value is greater than the first reference value, to be normal when a second voltage change value, which is obtained by subtracting the second voltage value from the initial voltage value, is less than a second reference value, and to have a soft short due to the foreign material when the second voltage change value is greater than the second reference value.

  • Publication number: 20120118608
Abstract: The present invention provides a conductive contact terminal for surface mounting on a substrate. In the conductive contact terminal, an elastic core imparts elasticity to the contact terminal. A metal layer covers the outer portion of the elastic core. A conductive adhesive layer is interposed between the elastic core and the metal layer to bond the elastic core and the metal layer to each other. The conductive contact terminal has a low electrical resistance, does not exhibit a deformation in the material even in a high-temperature reflow soldering process, and does not lose conductivity even though a metal layer, which imparts electrical conductivity to the conductive contact terminal, is broken.

  • Publication number: 20110267795
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic passport case for preventing a leakage of information and improving a recognition rate. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electronic passport case that prevents a leakage of information by shielding electromagnetic waves which reach an electronic chip and improves a recognition rate of the electronic chip incorporated in the electronic passport in order to prevent personal information of an electronic passport owner stored in the electronic chip incorporated in the electronic passport from being leaked arbitrarily unintentionally. The present invention provides an electronic passport case for preventing a leakage of information and improving a recognition rate, including an electromagnetic wave shielding layer formed to cover an electronic passport and preventing an electronic wave from reaching an electronic chip incorporated in the electronic passport.
