  • Publication number: 20150308019
Abstract: Disclosed is a polyester sewing thread usable for a fabric for an airbag and a cushion for an airbag. A polyester sewing thread is obtained by doubling and twisting a specific polyester yarn including a plurality of polyester filaments, and bonding the polyester yarn in the manner of in-bonding, out-bonding, or in-and-out bonding. The polyester fiber has high strength, middle elongation, and dry heat shrinkage, and may be used as sewing threads with excellent physical properties similar to those of a sewing thread of existing polyamide fiber (Nylon 66). A method for producing the thread is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20150239419
Abstract: The present invention relates to a coated fabric for an airbag. Particularly, the present invention provides a coated fabric for an airbag on a surface of which a coating layer including liquid silicone rubber having elongation of 1000% or more, as measured according to Korean Industrial Standards (KS) M 6518, is included, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the elongation of liquid silicone rubber is excellent so that damage to the fabric for an airbag is minimized under a severe condition of high temperature and high pressure is minimized, and thus the airbag may have excellent inflation and deployment performance, and simultaneously provides excellent storage, dimensional stability, and airtightness effect, thereby safely protect passengers even upon vehicle collision and rollover.

  • Publication number: 20150218735
Abstract: This invention relates to an aramid fabric and an airbag for a vehicle including the same, and more specifically, to an aramid fabric and an airbag for a vehicle including the same, wherein the aramid fabric can endure high levels of impact force and can exhibit superior air sealing performance, dimensional stability and packing property, and can thus be adapted for use in an external airbag for a vehicle. The aramid fabric includes an aramid fabric layer including an aramid yarn having a fineness of 300 to 1000 denier; and a rubber coating layer formed on the aramid fabric layer, wherein the strength-elongation index (TIwa) in a warp direction of the fabric as defined by a predetermined equation is 2.8 to 4.8, and the coating amount of the rubber coating layer is 20 to 100 g/m2.

  • Publication number: 20140200174
Abstract: Disclosed are a peptide for promoting osteogenesis and vascularization, and the use thereof. The peptide has a low molecular weight so that it can be economically produced. In addition, it promotes osteoblastic differentiation, thus inducing osteogenesis. Further, the peptide can promote the expression of VEGF, resulting in vascularization. Accordingly, the peptide is useful for the delay of the onset of ischemic diseases and the therapy of ischemic diseases.

  • Patent number: 8382690
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a growth plate stimulation-type portable growth promotion apparatus including two-phase ultrasonic vibration generators and Light Emitting Diode (LED) devices. The ring-shaped two-phase ultrasonic vibration generators have a center hole. Each of the LED devices is provided in the center hole of the each two-phase ultrasonic vibration generator. The two-phase ultrasonic vibration generators includes a ring-shaped vibration stator configured to have a center hole; a first electrode layer provided under the vibration stator; a second electrode layer provided under the first electrode layer; and a piezoelectric ceramic group layer configured to include a first piezoelectric ceramic group for generating an A phase and a second piezoelectric ceramic group for generating a B phase. Growth plates are stimulated using two-phase ultrasound projected from the two-phase ultrasonic vibration generators and light projected from the LED devices.
