Abstract: The present invention relates to an extract of mixed herb medicine, and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of obesity containing the extract as an effective ingredient or health food containing the same, more precisely, an extract of mixed herb medicine extracted from the mixture of cassia seeds (Cassia obtusifolia L.), green tea (Thea sinensis L.), eucommia bark (Eucommia ulmoides Oliver), garlic (Allium sativum var. pekinense), hawthorn (Crataegus Pinnatifida Bunge), fresh pine needle (Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zuccarini) and Achillea capillais using water or aqueous alcohol solution, a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of obesity containing the above extract and a fermented extract extracted after adding rice, malt and yeast to the above mixture, or health food containing the same.

Abstract: Semiconductor memory devices include a memory array having a plurality of multi-column memory blocks therein and a multi-column redundant memory block. A redundancy column selecting unit is provided, which is configured to route data read from the multi-column redundant memory block to a redundant data line, in response to a column address. A data input/output unit is also provided. This data input/output unit is connected to the redundant data line and a data line associated with a defective column in the memory array. The data input/output unit is configured to respond to an instruction to read first data from a defective column in the memory array by routing first data read from a selected redundant column in the multi-column redundant memory block to an input/output bus while concurrently blocking data read from the defective column from being transferred to the input/output bus.

Abstract: A steam oven including an outer casing to define an appearance of the steam oven, an inner casing provided in the outer casing to define a cooking cavity to cook food therein. The inner casing includes an inner wall and an outer wall, with a space defined between the inner wall and the outer wall and maintained in a vacuum state, thus insulating the cooking cavity from an outside of the inner casing. The steam oven further includes a steam generator to supply steam into the inner casing. Therefore, the steam oven accomplishes the desired insulating effect without using any insulating material while the space defined between the inner wall and the outer wall reduces conductive and convective heat transfer.

The air circulation fan circulates air of the cooking cavity. The heater heats the air in the fan chamber. A chamber cover is mounted to the rear wall of the cooking cavity to cover an open front of the fan chamber. The chamber cover has a plurality of air suction ports at a central area thereof, with a plurality of air distribution ports provided along an edge of the chamber cover to guide the air from the fan chamber to the edge of the chamber cover so as to discharge the air to the cooking cavity.
