    Abstract: Disclosed is a lactic acid bacteria culture of mung bean obtained by culturing lactic acid bacteria in a culture medium containing mung bean extract. The culture contains the mung bean extract and GABA (ϝ Aminobutyric acid), so that it exhibits effects of promoting collagen synthesis and alleviating inflammation.
