Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing advertisements are described herein A method includes outputting a banner for a first advertisement, receiving a first voice input that requests the first advertisement, identifying first user information that corresponds to the first voice input, from among user information of a plurality of users, and outputting a first type of advertisement that is selected based on first usage history information that corresponds to the first user information, from among a plurality of types of advertisements that correspond to the first advertisement.

Abstract: A system for diagnosing failures of ADSL comprises an access module for locating and monitoring the subscriber lines providing the ADSL services, a plurality of ADSL test devices each having various extension test boards corresponding to the test kinds detected for the failures of the subscriber lines accessed by the access module, and a control device for controlling the ADSL test devices. Preferably, extension boards may be additionally provided to adapt for increase of the number of the subscribers.
