Abstract: Discussed is a display device including an organic light emitting diode display panel where sub pixels adjacent to each other along a direction of a gate line are paired and arranged to share a single data line. In order for the sub pixels to be driven according to a DRD method, a timing controller aligns image data and transmits the aligned image data to a data driver so that same-colored sub pixels continue to emit light based on a unit of a plurality of predetermined horizontal periods, and generates gate and data control signals and supplies the control signals to the gate and data drivers so that a predetermined driving period of the sub pixels is changed.
