  • Patent number: 12253756
Abstract: An electronic device including a first light emitting unit, a second light emitting unit, a first optical layer and a second optical layer is disclosed. The first light emitting unit emits a first light. The second light emitting unit emits a second light. At least one of the first light and the second light passes through the first optical layer. The second optical layer is overlapped with the first optical layer. The second optical layer is configured to scatter the first light emitted from the first light emitting unit. When the first light emitting unit emits the first light, the second light emitting unit selectively emits the second light.

  • Publication number: 20250050485
Abstract: A method for an electric nail gun to drive the flywheel to transmit nailing energy, including boosting a start voltage of a battery so as to excite an electromagnet to work and then drive the flywheel loaded with nailing energy in a frictional manner to drive a nailing rod to hit the nail. Specifically, the start voltage is boosted by a voltage boost circuit and stored, and the start voltage can release electric charge to constantly excite the electromagnet to work until completion of the nailing action. Based on the present invention, the nailing quality of the electric nail gun can be enhanced.

  • Patent number: 12211753
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first set of nanostructures stacked over a substrate in a vertical direction, and each of the first set of nanostructures includes a first end portion and a second end portion, and a first middle portion laterally between the first end portion and the second end portion. The first end portion and the second end portion are thicker than the first middle portion. The semiconductor device also includes a first plurality of semiconductor capping layers around the first middle portions of the first set of nanostructures, and a gate structure around the first plurality of semiconductor capping layers.

  • Patent number: 11094514
Abstract: A rotatable sputtering target has a target material, a back tube and a joint piece. The joint piece is disposed between the target material and the back tube. The joint piece has a compressible structure and an electrically and thermally conductive adhesive. Particularly, the compressible structure being a compressible blanket or a compressible sheet has multiple through holes and thus the electrically and thermally conductive adhesive is filled in the through holes and then directly formed between the target material and the back tube. Using the joint piece to joint the target material and the back tube not only maintains the joint strength but also elevates the tolerable power of the rotatable sputtering target, which can increase the sputtering efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20110062020
Abstract: A rotary target assembly has a cylindrical target and a cylindrical backing tube. A difference between an inner diameter of the cylindrical target and an outer diameter of the cylindrical backing tube substantially equals a yield strain of a target material multiplied by the inner diameter of the cylindrical target and multiplied by N, wherein N is between 1 and 10. The difference can be adjusted according to the target material, dimension of the cylindrical target, so the cylindrical target can be combined tightly with cylindrical backing tube. A resulting rotary target of the present invention has improved thermal and electrical conductivities.
