Abstract: A roller wheel for luggage is provided. The suitcase has a main body and a plurality of wheel seats on the corners thereof. Each of the wheel seats is defined by a bottom wall and two adjacent side walls, and the wheel is mounted to the wheel seat. The wheel includes a wheel rack, a tyre assembly and a bolt. The rack has a cylindrical hub and a plurality of integrally formed spokes. The hub is rotatably connected to a bent portion formed by the two side walls. The tyre assembly is pivotally mounted to the spokes. The bolt selectively goes through the hub and the wheel seat. The wheel rack rotates about a longitudinal rotation centre of the bolt with respect to the wheel seat, and the rotation centre is proximate to the bent portion of the two side walls.

Abstract: The instant disclosure relates to a customizable vacuum molding method for forming personalized luggage bags utilizing a customizable vacuum molding device having a main mold body (1) and a personalized pattern module (2) customized to suit a customer preference. The vacuum molding method comprising the steps of: 1) placing the personalized pattern module on a molding surface of the main mold body at a predetermined location; 2) placing a plastic luggage bag substrate onto the molding surface of the vacuum molding device and soften the substrate by heating; and 3) generating negative pressure in the vacuum molding device and stretching the plastic substrate onto the personalized pattern module on the molding surface of the main mold body while cooling the plastic substrate to form a personalized pattern. The instantly disclosed vacuuforming method provides a simple yet cost effective solution for manufacturing luggage bags having personalized patterns of a customer's choice.

The method includes: a client computer manipulates a product design manipulation interface to access data in a data server and performs commodity's design; a transaction platform pays directly to form an order; an ERP automated production schedule system issues the production instructions and the operation guidance automatically utilizing the order; CAD/CAM automated production modules perform production; a logistics distribution system directly delivers commodities to consumers. Through the above-mentioned method, low-cost operation is really realized, and a kind of new business model of zero inventory is achieved by make-to-order.
