  • Patent number: 9263201
Abstract: A planetary limit switch contains a front transmission module, at least one following transmission module, and at least one micro switch. The front transmission module couples with an external power source and includes a first planetary gear carrier and plural first planetary gears for matching with the first planetary gear carrier, a front driving gear meshes with the plural first planetary gears and connects with a driving shaft so as to be driven by the driving shaft. Each following transmission module includes a second planetary gear carrier and a plurality of second planetary gears, and the plurality of second planetary gears meshing with a following gear, wherein the second planetary gear carrier has a cam portion arranged on an outer peripheral side thereof. The at least one micro switch is fixed below at least one following transmission module and touched by the cam portion of the second planetary gear carrier.

  • Patent number: 8047348
Abstract: A clutch structure for manual hoists includes a driven wheel for driving the wind device in the manual hoist. A ratchet and at least one resilient member are sequentially and co-axially mounted on the driven wheel. A nut is screwed onto the driven wheel to prevent the ratchet and the at least one resilient member from detaching from the driven wheel. The at least one resilient member axially pushes the ratchet to make the ratchet securely abut the driven wheel, and enhance the friction between the ratchet and the driven wheel, wherein the connecting intensity is the load limit of the manual hoist. The push force from the at least one resilient member to the ratchet is adjusted, and the friction between the ratchet and the driven wheel is adjusted when the position of the nut is adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20080265810
Abstract: The present invention relates to a DC motor for hoist machine that is essentially a design of applying DC brushless inverter motor in the hoist machine. The stator and rotor of the brushless motor are formed in such a manner that a plurality of magnets are placed with alternation in polarity into the inside of the rotor of motor to generate main magnetic field, and that a current is supplied to the windings inserted within the block made of silicon steel lamination to exert push force. The integration of the application of DC brushless inverter motor combined with the electric and electronic elements gradually brings about inverter-controlled technology with maturity, by which excellent energy-saving effect can be obtained in case of the application having variable load, due to the fact that the inverter control has better manipulation property and better features of motor-output, and possesses high torque-output and better manipulation property in low-speed of rotation running condition.

  • Publication number: 20080190714
Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated overloaded and braking safety device appropriately applied on the winding mechanism for loading; wherein, brake nut piece equipped with gear wheel of the general mechanical ratchet brake set is redesigned to be separate gear wheel, brake nut piece and gliding spring seat, and by making use of the action of spring force, the abovementioned three components will be combined to be part of the gliding clutch; moreover, via the foregoing improvement, the ratchet brake set and gliding clutch will be integrated as one provided with the function of overloaded-glide and brake. Hence, the effect of safety operation of load-hoisting for the winding mechanism will be acquired.

  • Patent number: 7344121
Abstract: An end surface gear-type overload protection device for manually operated hoists that utilizes a disc-shaped spring to control tension such that when the gears are in a leftward rotation and engagement, operation continues normally. However, during rightward rotation and the disabling thereof is instructed due to the clutch-type ratchet overload protection device, when in the “overload prevention” operations mode, if the set load of the disc-shaped spring is exceeded, the clutch-type gear wheel after sensing such allows the operating lever to spin in neutral and thereby discontinue operation. Additionally, it is possible to simply adjust the operating configuration to the “non-overload prevention” operations mode to conduct operation under overload conditions.
