Abstract: A telescopic tube having an outer tube, an adjustable tube, a housing and a locking clamp. The outer tube has a top end. The adjustable tube is mounted slidably in the top end of the outer tube and has multiple locking notches. The housing is attached to the top end of the outer tube, is mounted slidably around the adjustable tube and has a central top hole, a front opening and an inner surface. The locking clamp is mounted movably in the housing and has an elongated through hole, a rear inner surface, a spring and a locking rod. The spring is mounted between the housing and the locking clamp. The locking rod is formed on and protrudes in from the rear inner surface of the elongated through hole and selectively engages a locking notch in the adjustable tube to hold the adjustable tube in place.

Abstract: A folding device can be mounted on a stand of an instrument stand and connect to a holder of the instrument stand to allow the holder to be folded relative to the stand and facilitate transporting the instrument stand. The folding device has a body and a pivoting bracket. The body is mounted securely with the stand and has a retaining element mounted inside. The pivoting bracket is connected with the holder and is mounted pivotally on the body. Such that the holder is foldable relative to the stand and the instrument stand may have a smaller volume when being transported, so as to conveniently transport or store the instrument stand.

Abstract: A fixture adapted to be mounted on a stand for supporting a guitar includes a seat having two compartments, two moving blocks respectively and pivotally received in the two compartments and a resilient member received in the seat to provide recovery force to the two moving blocks after the two moving blocks are pivoted, a cap having two arcuate slots to respectively communicate with the two compartments and two arms to securely connect to a corresponding one of the two moving blocks such that when the arms are moved closer to each other to securely clamp the guitar due to limitation of the two arcuate slots and a weight of the guitar, the two moving blocks are pivoted accordingly and the recovery force from the resilient member is able to push the two moving blocks as well as the two arms back to their original positions.

Abstract: An improved foot stand located on a lower end of a supporting stand which holds a liftable concert article such as a microphone, music score or musical instrument includes a base, a balance weight and a post. The balance weight is located in the base. The post is connected to the upper side of the balance weight in a vertical manner. Through the balance weight the supporting stand does not topple after receiving an external force and being tilted slightly. The post of the supporting stand can also return to the vertical condition after tilted.
