Abstract: A fan device for a smoke exhauster includes a housing having an upper plate and a lower plate, and the upper plate is secured to a motor and rotated by the motor, the lower plate includes a bore to allow an air to flow into the housing of the fan device, and a number of fan blades secured between the upper plate and the lower plate and each fan blade include a curved bottom edge to allow the air to flow into the chamber of the fan device before contacting with the fan blades, and the fan blades each include a number of orifices for reducing a noise generated by the fan blades when the fan blades are rotated relative to the motor. The fan blades are preferably disposed inclined relative to the upper plate and the lower plate.

The rail includes an anchoring member, such as a projection extended from the rail, and the housing includes another anchoring member, such as a depression formed in the housing for engaging with the projection and for detachably anchoring the housing to the rail. The rail includes one or more securing panels for securing to the supporting surface with fasteners, and a base panel having a number of apertures for engaging the fasteners.

Abstract: A smoke exhauster includes a housing having one or more openings formed in a bottom plate and having three or more protrusion extended from the bottom plate and arranged around the opening of the housing, and one or more fan devices engaged in the housing. A net device includes an outer peripheral frame, an inner peripheral frame, and a number of ribs extended between the outer peripheral frame and the inner peripheral frame, the outer peripheral frame is detachably engaged with the protrusions for allowing the net device to be attached to the housing without fasteners. The protrusions each may include one or more notches for receiving the outer peripheral frame of the net device.
