A part of the cutting drum protrudes through the aperture to engage a work piece. A cutting blade is mounted on the cutting drum. A rear handle is mounted on the housing and includes an elongate shaft attached at one end only to the rear of the housing and extends forward in a lengthwise direction over a portion of the housing toward the front end of the housing. A grip is mounted or formed on the elongate shaft and there is a front handle which is mounted on the free end of the shaft forward of the grip.
