Each sachet comprises a dispensing compartment for beneficial insects or mites and at least one emergence hole (6) on one side of the compartment so that insects or mites can emerge and be dispensed in the protected cropping environment. A system provided in a casing is also part of the invention as well as a method of providing the beneficial insects and the use of the system to do so.
