Abstract: A temperature control system which can be used for regulating the temperature within a building while at the same time providing ventilation by means of providing refrigeration apparatus having a heating and cooling section and passing incoming air over one of the sections and outgoing air over the other section whereby heat taken in by the refrigeration apparatus from one of the air flows is transferred to the other air flow with preheating and precooling of the air flows by guiding them against opposite faces of the wall of the building before passage over the sections of the refrigeration apparatus.
