  • Publication number: 20080216965
Abstract: The panel track curtain system includes a plurality of panels each suspended from a substantially rigid slat which is itself suspended from at least one track of the panel track curtain system. The panels at least partially overlap each other when the curtain system is in a closed position, thus defining an overlapping zone between adjacent ones of the panels. The overlapping zone includes an overlapped region of an underlying panel and an overlapping region of an overlying panel. The panels each have at least one aesthetic characteristic on their front surface, and includes a longitudinally extending band that has a width determined by that of the overlapping zone. These bands create a repeating vertical band pattern when the curtain system is closed. This vertical band pattern reduces a level of perceptibility of the overlapped region, which is visible through the superimposed overlapping region.

  • Publication number: 20080060770
Abstract: A curtain system comprising several panels of a flat material, each panel having along a top edge thereof a mounting member including a horizontal slat from which the flat material hangs freely, the slat being provided with fastening members on either end thereof and a central slat body extending therebetween, one end of each said slat being guided in a first common rail and another end of each slat being guided in a second common rail so that the panels at least partially overlap one another, the fastening members of the slats being integrated with the central slat body thereof and include mounting hooks for engagement with displacement members received within the first and second common rails for sliding displacement therewithin.

  • Publication number: 20040120757
Abstract: A flexible rod portion for suspending a drape therefrom. The flexible rod portion has a flexible tubular body comprising at least two contiguously intertwined serpentine members, helically interlocked and free to move relative to one another along a length of the flexible tubular body. The flexible tubular body can be variably deformed and is capable of being positioned into a set curved configuration.

  • Patent number: 6719156
Abstract: A multiple drapery rod supporting structure, comprising mounting brackets having cantilevered posts extending from the wall, and rod mounting clips which have extending tongue portions which are engaged within the ends of the rod to provide support and have a clip portion which easily snaps onto the support mounting posts. The rod is therefore supported between the posts of the mounting brackets. Several rods are able to be simultaneously supported, and alternate rod mounting clips permit rear rods or blinds to be located below the level of the front rod, such that the tops of rear curtains or blinds are hidden from view from within the room.
