  • Publication number: 20250114155
Abstract: A robotic surgical system includes an instrument cart having a setup arm assembly and a control drive assembly coupled to the setup arm assembly. The control drive assembly includes a chassis assembly, a first drive unit and a second drive unit mounted to the chassis assembly, and a leadscrew assembly. Each drive unit is positioned to translate relative to the chassis assembly between a retracted position and an advanced position. The first drive unit couples to a first surgical instrument and the second drive unit couples to a second surgical instrument. The leadscrew assembly is mounted to the chassis assembly and includes a first leadscrew operably associated with the first drive unit and a second leadscrew operably associated with the second drive unit. The first leadscrew rotates to cause the first drive unit to translate relative to the chassis assembly. The second leadscrew rotates to cause the second drive unit to translate relative to the chassis assembly.

  • Publication number: 20220378533
Abstract: A control unit assembly for a robotic surgical system includes a housing, a surgical instrument, and a motor block assembly supported within the housing. The housing includes a front face, a rear face, and a sidewall extending between the front and rear faces. The motor block assembly includes a motor block module that is selectively attachable to the surgical instrument. The motor block module is remotely actuatable to control the surgical instrument. The motor block module is axially movable relative to the housing to facilitate movement of the surgical instrument relative to the housing.

  • Publication number: 20200245685
Abstract: A fluid supply system for an electronic cigarette includes a valve having a first body, a second body, and a biasing member configured to apply a biasing force between the first body and the second body. The valve can be operated between an open position and a closed position in response to the relative angular position of the first body in relation to the second body. The valve further includes an actuator, which is configured to create a force counter-acting against the biasing force from the biasing member, wherein the position of the valve is changed when the force from the actuator exceeds the biasing force.
