  • Patent number: 12222503
Abstract: A folded optical arrangement to transmit an image from an image plane to a user's eye through a folded optical transmission path including a collimating element having a first optical element with optically powered surfaces and a second optical element with at least one optically powered surface to receive light from an image source and to collimate and output the light. The first optically powered surfaces and the second optically powered surface to define multiple interfaces along the folded optical path. A refractive index change at each interface controls a direction of light passing through each interface. One surface of the first optical element and the second optical element are adjacent to one another. The adjacent surfaces have dissimilar shapes and each defines an angle with a respective other surface of the relevant optical element at opposing ends of the adjacent surfaces. • Publication number: 20240413975
Abstract: A tracking device can use a permanent encryption key pair to encrypt a temporary private key that corresponds to a set of diversified temporary public keys. When a community mobile device subsequently detects the tracking device, the central tracking system provides a diversified temporary public key to the community mobile device. The community mobile device uses the diversified temporary public key to encrypt location data representative of a location of the community mobile device, and provides the encrypted location data to the central tracking system. When a user subsequently requests a location of the tracking device from the central tracking system, the central tracking system provides the encrypted temporary private key and the encrypted location data to a device of the user, and the device can decrypt the encrypted temporary private key using the permanent encryption key pair, and decrypt the encrypted location data using the decrypted temporary private key.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for evaluating interactions with a user interface are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes identifying a set of mutation events specifying changes to the structure of a user interface that occurred during the user session, and generating user interface states specifying different structures of the user interface throughout the given user session. Based at least in part on the user interface states, playback data that present visual changes of the user interface corresponding to the set of mutation events that occurred during the user session are generated. Session activity data describing user interactions that occurred during the user session are also generated. • Patent number: 12116723
Abstract: A system for creating folds in textiles. The system includes a tooling plate, a loading assembly, a fold mechanism, a wrangler mechanism, and a door mechanism. The loading assembly enable a user to load a textile into the system. The fold mechanism creates folds in the textile. The wrangler mechanism compacts a textile after folds have been created in it to retain and tighten the folds. The door mechanism opens and closes an opening in the tooling plate through which textiles can be transferred away from the wrangler mechanism. Preferably, the system may also include a robot arm equipped to transfer textiles about the system and a tying machine for applying bindings to textiles.

  • Publication number: 20240269288
Abstract: Methods of non-contact lithotripsy are disclosed, wherein photonic nanoparticles are delivered in the vicinity of kidney stones, e.g. within a kidney. The nanoparticles then are irradiated with non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation to activate the nanoparticles and fragment the stone. In preferred embodiments, the nanoparticles are placed effectively into contact with the kidney stone, via functionalizing the particles with ligands that will adhere to the known or anticipated chemical composition of the stone surface. A combination of a kidney stone and a photonic nanoparticle in its vicinity or adhered thereto at its surface also is disclosed.
