  • Publication number: 20230334038
Abstract: Multi jurisdictional data sharing includes ingesting data sharing regulations for respectively different political jurisdictions and parsing each of the regulations into a corpus of regulatory text with portions of the corpus having been normalized into different sets of uniform regulations for corresponding ones of the different political jurisdictions. Each of the uniform regulations for each of the political jurisdictions is then matched with one or more applicable data sharing rules and a reference for each of the data sharing rules can be written to a data sharing rules table in association with one or more of the political jurisdictions determined to have uniform regulations matched to the one or more data sharing rules. Consequently, data sharing requests can be restricted as between organizations of one or more implicated political jurisdictions according to each matched data sharing rule in the data sharing rules table that had been associated with the political jurisdictions.

  • Publication number: 20230334168
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for tiered data sharing privacy assurance in responding for requests to inspect investigative data. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for tiered data sharing privacy assurance in responding for requests to inspect investigative data includes receiving a request to access investigative data and applying a privacy test to the request to determine if the request is specific for an individual or generic to any individual. On condition that the privacy test is determined to be generic, the request may be denied. But otherwise, on condition the test is determined to be specific, a data sharing rule that defines a degree to which the investigative data is to be shared may be applied and the request responded to according to the defined degree.

  • Publication number: 20220344957
Abstract: Electric vehicle charging scheduling includes receiving repeated sensor readings of a battery of an electric vehicle, the readings monitoring a charge of the battery while the electric vehicle proceeds along a contemporaneously scheduled route. Then, a geolocation of the electric vehicle is determined and a database queried with the geolocation. A charging station is then identified within geographic proximity of the geolocation of the electric vehicle. As well, a route scheduled for the electric vehicle after the contemporaneously scheduled route is determined. Thereafter, a threshold charge is computed that is requisite to complete both the contemporaneously scheduled route and also at least a portion of the route scheduled after the contemporaneously scheduled route. Finally, in response to a determination that the monitored charge on the battery is below the threshold level, an alert is displayed indicating to charge the battery at the identified charging station.

  • Publication number: 20220005598
Abstract: The dynamic scheduling of medical equipment distribution includes loading a table correlating different medical devices with correspondingly assigned patients contemporaneously utilizing the devices, and correspondingly assigned patients scheduled for subsequent utilization of the devices. One device is geolocated at a drop off location at a date prior to a date indicated in the table when the device is to be returned. Thereafter, a patient is identified who is scheduled for subsequent utilization of another device at a specific date past the date prior. A message is then transmitted to the identified patient specifying an early pickup opportunity for the geolocated device at the drop off location before the specific date. In response to an affirmation from the identified patient, a record in the table is modified assigning the identified patient to pick up the geolocated device at the drop off location and the other device reassigned to a different patient.
