    Abstract: Provided is a solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell capable of suppressing a gas leak between a fuel electrode film side and an oxide electrode film side by suppressing deterioration of a solid polyelectrolyte film on its peripheral side. A solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell includes: a cell in which electrode films are provided on one side and the other side of a solid polyelectrolyte film, respectively; a first gas diffusion layer provided so as to cover the electrode film on one side of the cell; a second gas diffusion layer provided so as to cover the electrode film on the other side of the cell; and separators provided on the one side and the other side of the cell, respectively, with the gas diffusion layers interposed therebetween.

The content of the second halogenated metallophthalocyanine pigment is within a range of 1 to 80 mol % based on a total amount of the green colorant. Also disclosed is a color filter including at least one red filter segment, at least one blue filter segment, and at least one green filter segment.     Abstract: The present invention provides a carrier which enables rapid, accurate positioning of work, while providing registration of the subsequent work piece. The carrier becomes at least a part of a processing table and includes sliding suction plates for holding and moving the work pieces between a registration station for positioning the work piece on a registration table and a processing station for processing the work piece while in a airtight chamber on the processing table. The carrier is characterized by a sealing mechanism for sealing the gap between the remaining sections of the processing table and the sliding suction plates when the sliding suction plates are located in the processing station. As a result, the airtight operation in the processing station is possible, and the carriage moves only the sliding suction plates. The carriage moves the work piece between the registration station and the processing station at a high speed.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus detect a noise disappearance of instruments, etc. in various instrumentations in a chemical plant or the like. Detection values which are outputs from a detector (1) are input into a data store (3) via a data collector (2). Inputs to a processor (4) are a detection value (Sold) at a previous point and time from the data storer (3) and further a current detection value serving as a newest value (Snew) from the data collector (2). In the processor (4), an absolute difference between the newest value (Snew) and the previous value (Sold) is calculated. When this difference is smaller than a preset value, a count number (C) of a counter (5) is incremented, whereas when this difference is larger than the preset value, the count number (C) is cleared. When the count number from the counter (5) exceeds a predetermined threshold value, this is regarded the occurrence of a noise disappearance, and a trigger signal (T) for actuating a notifier (7) is output from a limiter (6).
