  • Publication number: 20090261329
Abstract: Provided is a display device using a TFT serving as a switching element, in which image deterioration of the display device is prevented by suppressing a photo leakage current to be small, and in particular, in which a density of defects which become positive fixed charges by light present in a protective insulating film of the TFT is defined to suppress the photo leakage current. In the display device using the TFT, the TFT includes an insulating film, an amorphous silicon film, a drain electrode and a source electrode, and a protective insulating film laminated on a gate electrode covering a part of a surface of an insulating substrate in the stated order, in which the protective insulating film includes a defect which becomes a positive fixed charge under light irradiation. A surface density of the defects is preferably 2.5×1010 cm?2 or more to 4.0×1010 cm?2 or less.

  • Publication number: 20020183872
Abstract: A golf site administration system allows elimination of golf site personnel involved in making player reservations, receiving payments, and ordering foodstuffs. A terminal allows a player to request and reserve golf play at a golf site via a communication circuit. A reservation signal is stored in a reservation storing means. The player checks in before play using an input means. A set of check-in information is compared with the stored reservation signal. If the information matches, check-in is performed.

  • Patent number: 5980947
Abstract: Formation of a drug into microspheres by an oil-on-water solvent evaporation process in which a mixed solvent of at least one water-insoluble solvent and at least one water-miscible solvent is used as a solvent of an oil phase. A fatty acid or a salt thereof or at least one glycerin fatty acid ester and/or at least one propylene glycol fatty acid ester are added to the mixed solvent. The oil phase may also comprise the mixed solvent; a fatty acid or a salt thereof; and at least one glycerin fatty acid ester and/or at least one propylene glycol fatty acid ester. This oil phase is mixed and emulsified with an aqueous phase to form an oil-in-water emulsion. The emulsion with a drug contained therein is then subjected to an oil-in water solvent evaporation to produce the microspheres. The resulting drug-containing microspheres contain the drug at a high concentration and slowly release from the initial stage after administration.
