Abstract: A system used as vehicle windshield-enables control of the suitability of laminated glasses includes an outer glass, an inner glass, a binding layer, a conductive member and resistance wires, and also includes an energy source. Conductive cables are provided for transferring the energy received from the energy source to the laminated glass. A light source reflects the images of the resistance wires on said laminated glass. A reflection surface is provided on which the image of laminated glass is reflected. A method is also provided and includes the process steps of providing energy for the laminated glass by means of an energy source, reflecting the shadows of the resistance wires on the energized laminated glass onto a reflection surface via a light source and performing suitability control in accordance with the shadows read on reflection surface.
