Abstract: In some examples, a system receives first transaction data for first transactions processed by a payment service, and uses a first model to determine, based on the first transaction data, that a probability of default for a user of the payment service satisfies a threshold. The system generates, based on a first financing factor, a first offer of credit for the user, and sends the first offer to the user. The system determines, based on third party information, that the user has additional income, and receives, from one or more of the third-party systems, second transaction data indicating the additional income. The system uses a machine learning model included in the first model to determine a second financing factor based on the second transaction data, and generates, based on the first financing factor and the second financing factor, a second offer of credit to send to the user.

Abstract: A user interface (UI) for presenting capital offers associated with different loan products is described. A service provider can analyze potential borrower data to generate custom capital offers for the potential borrower. A first set of the custom capital offers can be associated with a first loan product and a second set of the custom capital offers associated with a second loan product having different repayment terms than the first loan product. The service provider can receive an indication of interest associated with a capital loan product and, responsive to receiving the indication of interest, can cause a UI to be presented via a display of a device operated by the potential borrower. The UI can include a slider that allows the potential borrower to transition between offers associated with the first loan product and the second loan product to select a custom capital offer of the custom capital offers.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes calculating, using a risk model for a merchant having an account with a payment service, a financing factor based on first data representing multiple transactions associated with the merchant and sending, to a computing device associated with the merchant, information associated with an offer of credit based on the financing factor for the merchant. The method also includes accessing second data stored by the payment service and containing information associated with the merchant that is not related to the transactions, where the second data provides an indication of additional future revenue for the merchant, and updating the offer of credit sent to the merchant based on the second data.

A control system (300) is configured to receive at least one recommendation input based on displaying the content, product information of one or more products, and at least one recommendation rule. The control system (300) is also configured to generate for display, on the display screen, the recommendation for one or more products based on the at least one recommendation input, the product information of the one or more products, and the at least one recommendation rule.

Abstract: A user selection keypad allows at least some functionality of vending machine programming configured for a touchscreen display to be utilized without the touchscreen. In addition to character-labeled keys and other standard functionality (such as keys to confirm or cancel an entry), the keypad includes: a shopping cart key that, when actuated, invokes aggregation of multiple product selections for a single vend transaction; and an information key that, when actuated, allows the customer to request display of nutritional information for a currently selected product and/or context-sensitive help information.
