    Abstract: A portable interchangeable device for mobilizing a chair including a first wheel, a second wheel, an axle, a plate, and attachment apparatus. The axle connects the first wheel to the second wheel. The plate is rotatably mounted on the axle and prevents the first wheel and the second wheel from sinking into sand when the first wheel and the second wheel are mobilized. The attachment apparatus interchangeably secures the first wheel, the second wheel, the axle, and the plate to a variety of different sized chairs.
