  • Publication number: 20220184739
Abstract: Simultaneous laser welding equipment of a vehicle light including at least a plurality of laser sources suitable for emitting light beams, a plurality of optical fibres associated, at the input ends to the at least one laser source and transmitting the light beams. A light guide is provided with at least one hollow seat that delimits a continuous perimetral contour, counter-shaped to the weld interface. The light guide comprises diffusion elements that pass through the perimetral contour of the seat of the light guide internally, so as to intercept and influence the light beams that propagate inside the seat and that are shaped to expand the light beams along a direction substantially tangent to the curvilinear abscissa defining the perimetral contour, before it projects from the light output wall and/or at the latter.

  • Patent number: 10940563
Abstract: A simultaneous laser welding apparatus of a vehicle light comprising a placement support for a container body and a lenticular body of a vehicle light welded together at reciprocal perimeter profiles, a plurality of laser sources, a plurality of optical fibres associated with the laser sources at input ends for transmitting the light beams, a fibre-holder support device for blocking output ends of the optical fibres in predetermined positions, spaced apart by a pitch, a light guide provided with at least one seat which receives the light beams coming from the output ends of the optical fibres, to a light output wall which sends the light beams towards the welding interface. A single optical fibre is associated with each laser source.

  • Publication number: 20180297148
Abstract: A simultaneous laser welding apparatus of a vehicle light comprising a placement support for a container body and a lenticular body of a vehicle light to be welded together at reciprocal perimeter profiles associated at a welding interface, a plurality of laser sources suitable for emitting light beams, a plurality of optical fibres associated with the laser sources at input ends and suitable for transmitting said light beams, a fibre-holder support device for the optical fibres, suitable for blocking output ends of said optical fibres in predetermined positions, spaced apart by a pitch, a light guide provided with at least one seat which extends from a light input wall, which receives the light beams coming from the output ends of the optical fibres, to a light output wall which sends the light beams towards the welding interface.

  • Patent number: 9927084
Abstract: A vehicle light comprising a container body and a lenticular body. The light comprises a substrate that supports a main light source that is embedded in a cover layer suitable to allow the diffusion inside it of the main light beam. The cover layer is disposed on the side opposite to the lenticular body with respect to the substrate. The substrate comprises at least one transparent portion to the light beam suitable to transmit the main light beam towards the lenticular body and, through this, to the outside of the vehicle light, wherein the substrate comprises at least one opaque portion to the main light beam, adjacent to said transparent portion in order to allow the passage of the main light beam exclusively at said transparent portion. The transparent portion defines a main light pattern of the vehicle light.

  • Patent number: 9759395
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lighting device for vehicles including at least one diffuser body suitable for receiving light emitted by a light source so as to diffuse the light externally to the body. The diffuser body includes a solid matrix of transparent polymer material which incorporates a plurality of bubbles or cavities, wherein the solid matrix performs the transmission of light within the body by subsequent reflections and wherein the bubbles perform the diffusion of light and the extraction thereof outside the body by subsequent refractions.
