  • Patent number: 11940150
Abstract: A combustion chamber assembly includes a through hole on the combustion chamber wall bounded on an outer side of the wall by a hole edge and a combustion chamber shingle having a collar bounding a mixing air hole on the outer side of the wall and protruding with a first collar portion beyond the hole edge on the outer side of the wall. A cooling air opening is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a duct portion of the mixing air hole adjoining the first collar portion and extending in the direction of a combustion space, the cooling air opening leading into a cooling air duct which extends through the duct portion and via which cooling air is guided out of the mixing air hole in a direction of a hot side of the shingle facing the combustion space.

  • Patent number: 11320144
Abstract: A combustion chamber assembly group, and a mounting method therefor, includes a combustion chamber for an engine that includes a curved combustion chamber wall extending along two spatial directions, and a combustion chamber shingle affixed at an inner side of the combustion chamber wall and having a shingle edge defining the outer contour of the shingle. For an at least sectional abutment of the shingle edge at the combustion chamber wall with a minimum clamping force in an operational state of the engine, the shingle is mounted to the combustion chamber wall in a mounting state in which the shingle at least at one section of the shingle edge has a curvature with respect to at least one of the spatial directions that differs from the curvature of the combustion chamber wall with respect to this spatial direction.

  • Patent number: 10954885
Abstract: A flow guiding appliance of a turbomachine, in particular of an aircraft engine, for a partial exit flow of an outlet guide vane of a compressor, wherein, a flow guiding element delimits an annular channel about a shaft of the turbomachine. A frictional engagement connecting surface at the circumference of the flow guiding element connects the flow guiding element to another structural component of the turbomachine. The frictional engagement connecting surface with a closed enveloping surface can be inserted in a deformed state into the structural component with a circular cylindrical sealing surface with at least two opposite points. The at least two points of the closed enveloping surface are arranged in at least two opposite frictionally engaged contact areas of the circular cylindrical sealing surface following deformation. The invention also relates to a method for creating a flow guiding element.

  • Publication number: 20200271318
Abstract: A combustion chamber assembly for an engine, with a tile component fixed to a combustion chamber component and having a hot side facing a combustion space and a cold side facing away from the combustion space and facing towards the combustion chamber component, wherein the tile component on the cold side has at least four fixing elements each arranged eccentrically on the tile component for fixing the tile component to the combustion chamber component. The four base bodies are here oriented with their respective at least one side passage opening towards a reference point lying on a center line of the tile component, so that a respective cavity of the respective base body is open in the direction of the reference point.

  • Publication number: 20170067642
Abstract: An assembly group for a combustion chamber of a gas turbine includes a combustion chamber shingle with a mounting element and a bolt formed as a separate structural component for supporting the combustion chamber shingle at a wall of the combustion chamber. The mounting element has a reception area into which a bolt head of the bolt is inserted transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis of the bolt and anchored therein in a form-fit manner. At the reception area, the mounting element forms an edge area that protrudes substantially radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bolt and that at least partially surrounds an edge of the bolt head. The edge of the bolt head does not extend exclusively in a plane that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bolt.
