    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a manifold for a filter assembly. The manifold includes a first base which may define a first inlet configured to direct fuel flow to a first filter element, and a first outlet configured to direct fuel flow from the first filter element to the second filter element. The manifold includes a second base operably coupled to the first base. The second base may define a barrier which prevents the fuel flow from flowing from the first inlet to the second filter element without passing through the first filter element. The second base may also define a second inlet configured to receive fuel flow from the first outlet and direct the fuel flow to the second filter element, and a second outlet configured to receive the fuel flow from the second filter element.
