Abstract: The invention relates to the field of cosmetology, dermatology and medicine, and is concerned with the development and production of a combination, and also of a composition based thereon, for hair growth enhancing in mammals and/or for preventing and/or treating alopecia, primarily in humans, and more particularly to combinations based on derivatives of F- and E-type prostaglandins, characterized by the absence of undesirable side-effects, and also to a stable composition comprising said combination. The use of a combination of prostaglandins in a single composition makes it possible to simultaneously activate a plurality of physiological processes, including stimulating a hair follicle to produce a new hair, increasing the local microcirculation in the area adjacent to the hair follicle, and reducing the aggregation of thrombocytes, thereby preventing thrombogenesis in the capillary network.

Abstract: The invention relates to clinical chemistry, in particular, to new biologically active compounds amide derivatives of prostaglandin F2?. These compounds have low cytotoxicity and are capable of stimulating formation of endogenous nitrogen oxide in mammal cells. Synthesis of such compounds promotes expansion of nomenclature of biologically active derivatives of prostaglandin F2? capable of reducing intraocular pressure.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of medicine, and specifically to pulmonology, and concerns a method for treating inflammatory and obstructive diseases of the airways, in particular bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis, with the aid of a drug on the basis of 1?,3?-dinitroglycerol ester 11(S),15(S)-dihydroxy-9-keto-5Z,13E-prostadienoic acid (nitroproston) having a marked bronchodilatory effect. The present invention provides for an expansion of the range of broncholytic drugs by the use of a derivative of natural prostaglandin E2, which is characterized by greater biological activity and the absence of noticeable side effects.
